The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) can confirm that a number of allegations have been made against GPT Special Project Management Ltd and that these allegations are being considered by them. The SFO has engaged with EADS, the parent company of GPT Special Project Management Ltd, on how these issues are to be addressed.

The decision on whether to proceed with an investigation is a matter for the Director of the SFO.
