To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what modelling his Department undertook of changes in council tax benefit for those in employment of (a) the localisation of this benefit and (b) a 10 per cent. reduction in available funding.

The Department's modelling of changes in council tax benefit for those in employment of (a) the localisation of this benefit and (b) a 10% reduction in available funding will be included in the impact assessment to be published alongside the legislation providing for the localisation of council tax support in England.
