To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills pursuant to the answer of 15 November 2011, Official Report, column 802W, on the Regional Growth Fund, whether his Department takes into account the amount spent by companies on due diligence when assessing bids to the Regional Growth Fund.
