To ask the Secretary of State for Health what assessment his Department has made of the adequacy of provision of chronic fatigue specialist services in East Lancashire.

The provision of local health services, including chronic fatigue services, is a matter for local commissioners to determine, in conjunction with local stakeholders and taking into account the healthcare needs of their local communities.
