The mobile project is currently in the definition stage and expects to commence procurement in 2012. The allocation of funds will be dependent upon the delivery model and procurement route to be followed. It is expected that an outline allocation will be clear by the early stages of any procurement approach with final allocations confirmed in later stages. It is expected that any contract(s) will be awarded for delivery of services to commence in 2013.
