To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what discussions he has had with the Justice Minister in Northern Ireland about conditions in Maghaberry Prison; and if he will make a statement.

I meet the Northern Ireland Justice Minister on a frequent basis to discuss a range of matters relating to security. Matters relating to the management of prisons in Northern Ireland, however, are the responsibility of the Northern Ireland Justice Minister and the Director General of the Northern Ireland Prison Service.
