The administrative support for the Agricultural Land Tribunals transferred from DEFRA to Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Service as from 31 October 2011. A budget transfer has been agreed between DEFRA and the Ministry of Justice of £115,000 per annum for each year of the spending review period until 2014-15.
