To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they intend to accept proposals made by the European Aviation Safety Agency concerning flight time limitations.

The European Aviation Safety Agency has yet to publish its final proposals. We will not support the proposals if they do not provide an adequate level of protection against fatigue.
