To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department pursuant to the answer of 24 October 2011, Official Report, column 45W, on Hillsborough Stadium, whether papers submitted by South Yorkshire Police to the Government concerning the Hillsborough disaster will be treated as Government papers.

All papers held by Government in relation to the Hillsborough disaster, including papers submitted to Government by outside organisations, have been made available, in full and uncensored, to the Hillsborough Independent Panel.
