To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change what (a) building and (b) refurbishment projects his Department plans in (i) 2011-12 and (ii) 2012-13; and what the cost of each such project will be.

The Department has no plans for any building and refurbishment projects on its estate in either the current or next financial year.
