To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many (a) police officers and (b) police civilian staff have (i) been subject to disciplinary action and (ii) had their employment terminated due to breaches of protocol relating to Police National Computer checks in each of the last five years.
The Home Office does not hold this information. Individual police forces or their police authorities hold this information.

If there were any records they would probably show the numbers disciplined or sacked would be zero in each case. Police Professional Standards departments are all about protecting police officers, not about getting rid of bad apples.
