To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he has any plans to propose the repeal of the legislation establishing the British Indian Ocean Territory (Chagos Islands) Marine Protected Area.

There are no plans to repeal the legislation which established the Marine Protected Area in the British Indian Ocean Territory.
