To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what steps her Department is taking to prevent attacks on horses and other livestock.

There are already laws in place that make it an offence to cause unnecessary suffering to an animal. It is also an offence to allow a dog to attack livestock. If anyone has any information about such incidents they should report the matter to the police.
