To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change how much direct funding his Department provided to each civil society organisation it funded in (a) 2010-11 and (b) 2011-12; how much he expects to provide in (i) 2012-13, (ii) 2013-14 and (iii) 2014-15; and if he will make a statement.

DECC's finance system does not record whether a supplier or grant recipient is a civil society organisation.

To review the Department's records to identify all direct payments to civil society organisations would incur disproportionate costs.
