To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what discussions he has had with (a) consumer organisations, (b) airlines and (c) representatives of travel agents in relation to proposed changes to the Air Travel Organisers' Licensing scheme.

The ATOL Reform Consultation took place between the 23 June and 15 September 2011. All parties with an interest in the proposals were invited to respond.

The Secretary of State for Transport, my right hon. Friend Mr Hammond, Department officials and I have discussed the ATOL reform proposals with representatives of consumer organisations, airlines and travel agents during meetings and stakeholder events.
