To ask the Secretary of State for Health pursuant to the answer of 15 September 2011, Official Report, columns 1263-4W, on health services: reciprocal arrangements, what steps he is taking to ensure the timely recovery of outstanding payments; and what the level of outstanding payments is from the UK to each country listed.
