To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by Lord Taylor of Holbeach on 19 July (WA 265), whether they have any plans to follow the Government of Australia in setting up an independent tribunal to review past military awards.
No. There are no plans to replicate Australia's Defence Honours and Awards Appeal Tribunal.
