To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office what (a) instructions and (b) advice was given by his Department to the Department for Transport on the conduct of the procurement for the Thameslink rolling stock contract
Unless asked to do so, the Cabinet Office does not give instructions or guidance on specific procurement projects, which remain the responsibility of the sponsoring Department.
