Budgets in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) are devolved to individual directorates in the UK and to our network of Posts overseas. As a consequence, the FCO does not hold this information centrally and to respond would incur disproportionate cost. The main use of Sky TV is Sky News which is a free to air channel.
