To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what the name is of each planning inspector who has determined an appeal concerning Gypsy and Traveller sites in each of the last five years; and in how many and what proportion of such cases (a) the appeal was allowed in favour of the appellant and (b) the appeal was dismissed in favour of the local planning authority's original decision.

Tables showing the names of planning inspectors who have presided over one or more such planning appeals in the last five years (2006-10), and the proportion allowed and dismissed have been placed in the Library of the House.
