To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what assessment his Department has made of the potential effects of devolving powers relating to the setting of rates of corporation tax on the allocation of funding to the Scottish Parliament through the block grant.
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will (a) estimate and (b) set out the methodology for estimating the effect on the revenue of the Scottish Executive of introducing a corporation tax rate in Scotland matching the rate in the Republic of Ireland.
