To ask Her Majesty's Government what were the main findings of the customer insight research conducted by the Department for Work and Pensions and HM Revenue and Customs with benefits and tax credit recipients about the possible frequency of payment of universal credit; and when the findings will be published.

As the research findings are being used to inform the development of policy and legislation, they are not currently in the public domain. Moreover, the research is still ongoing so findings are preliminary. However, the intention is to publish a report in the autumn.
