Following the multilateral aid review, the Department for International Development is encouraging all the United Nations development agencies, including the United Nations Populations Fund (UNFPA), to commit to the highest standards of transparency. Through our membership of its executive board, and through direct contacts, the department is encouraging UNFPA to publish full information on all the projects that it funds and to join the International Aid Transparency Initiative.
