To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office when he expects to announce (a) the agencies and data to be included in the Public Data Corporation, (b) how the data will be made available, (c) what the licensing terms will be for the data and (d) who will oversee and regulate the corporation.

In line with the Government's statement at Budget we will be publishing a statement on the Public Data Corporation (PDC) data policy in the autumn which will cover these points.
