To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what assessment he has made of the likely change in the aggregate income of (a) the City of Westminster and (b) the City of Sheffield between 2011-12 and 2012-13 attributable to the Deputy Prime Minister's proposals for the future apportionment of business rates.
