The estimated cost of implementation for those affected was minimal. The Irish Sailors and Soldiers Land Trust Act (Dissolution) Order 2011 dissolved a charity, but the first five Orders were considered to have no impact on business, charities or voluntary bodies and a negligible impact on the public sector. These five Orders are all related to implementing international obligations of the United Kingdom. The Consular Fees Order 2011 amends the fees set by the Consular Fees Order 2010 (as amended).
