To ask Her Majesty's Government why they have not yet answered HL9474, tabled by Lord Lester of Herne Hill on 23 May, asking whether the Government consider that the Equality Act 2010 imposes unnecessary burdens on businesses, members of the public or voluntary organisations, or imposes unnecessary restrictions on personal freedoms.
