To ask Her Majesty's Government how many people of working age currently receive free prescriptions through passported benefits such as jobseeker's allowance and income support; and how many people the Government expect to receive free prescriptions under the universal credit.

Information on the numbers of patients receiving free prescriptions is not held centrally. The Government intend that universal credit will passport broadly the same number of people as current benefits.
