We are aware of ongoing fighting in and around Zinjibar between Government of Yemen security forces and militants which may include an element comprising al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP). AQAP continues to represent a threat not only to the people of Yemen, but also to the UK and its allies.
