To ask Her Majesty's Government what they estimate the net contribution to the European Union budget by Croatia will be in each of the five years following the date of Croatia's accession to the European Union.

The production of estimates of the net contributions to the EU budget of other member states or candidate countries is a matter for the country concerned.

That should not prevent HMG from also making an estimate and then in five years time we could see who was the better forecaster.
I suspect their main contribution will be another flood of economic migrants and those fleeing from invented persecution in Croatia so that they can claim their human right to live and draw benefits in the UK.
That's just my estimate, of course.
