The administrators of No. 1 Hamm Strasse Ltd were appointed on 1 February 2011 and they are required to report on the conduct of the directors under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 by 1 August 2011 on whether or not in their opinion the conduct of the directors makes them unfit to be concerned in the management of a company. They have not yet reported to the Insolvency Service.

When the report is received, the Insolvency Service, on behalf of the Secretary of State, will consider whether any reported matters warrant further investigation and has a discretionary power to seek a director(s) disqualification where it is believed to be in the public interest.
