The three Tenancy Deposit Protection schemes are required to provide a free, impartial and evidence-based dispute resolution process in accordance with the legislation and the terms of our service concession agreement with them. We welcome the recently published guidance on the dispute resolution process which the three scheme providers produced to help landlords and tenants understand the process and to ensure consistency in adjudication decisions across the three schemes.
