To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what recent progress has been made in the peace and reconciliation process in Afghanistan.
In October last year, the Afghan Government established the High Peace Council to lead the Afghan-led peace and reconciliation process. The Council has convened Governors' Roadshows in provinces across Afghanistan to take forward the reintegration of former fighters into mainstream communities.
