To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will seek from the Government of Turkey figures for those arrested since 1 March 2011, stating how many have been charged with offences and how many are still in custody.

The Government do not plan to seek these figures from the Turkish Government. We expect the Turkish Government to follow the highest standards of human rights and justice at all stages of police and judicial processes.
