Where possible, ingredients and produce used in all catering outlets in the House are sourced from the United Kingdom. Ninety per cent of all meat products come from the United Kingdom and all fish products are sourced from sustainable stocks. Fruit and vegetables are sourced from the United Kingdom when in season, although some of the popular produce has to be sourced from abroad when out of season.
