To ask Her Majesty's Government how much is owed by each diplomatic delegation in London in unpaid parking fines and congestion charge payments.

The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right honourable friend the Member for Richmond (Yorks) (Mr Hague), is to table information on unpaid parking fines and congestion charge payments in June 2011, as part of the annual Written Ministerial Statement on offences and debts.
