To ask Her Majesty's Government which government department is legally responsible for enforcing investor protection treaties with other countries.

The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has policy responsibility for investor protection treaties. BIS decides on a case by case basis what action, if any, will be taken by the UK Government as to enforcement of these treaties.
