To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he plans to reply to the letter from the hon. Member for Hastings and Rye of 17 February 2011, on behalf of her constituent Mr Robert Edmonds, reference AR/LS/947.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office did not receive my hon. Friend's letter of 17 February 2011. We received a copy on 10 May 2011 and have transferred it to the UK Border Agency for reply.
