To ask the Attorney-General what plans he has for the future of the Serious Fraud Office; and if he will make a statement.

Decisions have not yet been made on future structures for economic crime. The Secretary of State for the Home Department, in consultation with the Law Officers and other relevant colleagues, is currently considering options for delivering the Government's commitment to take white-collar crime as seriously as other crime.
