To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will have regard to the final report of the Family Justice Review before introducing legislation on the subject matter of the review.

Review is due to be published in the autumn. Once the review has published its final report, the Government will set out their response to the review's findings and recommendations.

The Government have no plans to introduce any legislation on the subject matter of the review prior to the final report, and the Government's response, being published.
