To ask Her Majesty's Government what are their plans for the ratification of the anti-counterfeiting trade agreement.

Negotiations on the anti-counterfeiting trade agreement were concluded in November last year. The Government will consider their position on signature and ratification of the agreement following the publication later this year of the European Commission's proposals. We expect that this process will include a period of national parliamentary scrutiny.
