To ask Her Majesty's Government how many people have been prosecuted for selling alcohol to those who are under the legal age each year since 2000.

Data showing how many people have been cautioned, prosecuted and convicted for selling alcohol to those who are under the legal age each year since 2000 is provided in the table which will be placed in the House Libraries. The data for the persistent sales offence came into effect in 2008.
