To ask Her Majesty's Government what is the constitutional position of the Duchy of Cornwall.

The Duchy of Cornwall is a private estate that funds the public, charitable and private activities of the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall, Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry.
