To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how many drivers have been prosecuted for (a) offences under sections (i) 3 and (ii) 34 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and (b) failing to stop after an accident under the provisions of that Act in Suffolk in each year since 2009.
