To ask Her Majesty's Government how many incidents of (a) violence, or (b) the use of weapons, were recorded in schools in the past three academic years.

The Department for Education is collecting this information on behalf of Her Majesty's Government. I shall write to the noble Baroness with the information before the House rises for Easter Recess.
