To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what recent discussions he has had with (a) the Mayor for London and (b) train operators on the overcharging of passengers using Oyster pay-as-you-go cards; and if he will make a statement.
There have been no discussions between the Department for Transport and the Mayor of London on this matter. The operation of the Oyster pay-as-you-go system is a matter for the Mayor and Transport for London. The hon.
