To ask the Secretary of State for Health what estimate has been made of the cost to the public purse of running and administering the (a) East of England Strategic Health Authority and (b) Suffolk Primary Care Trust in (i) 2007-08, (ii) 2008-09, (iii) 2009-10 and (iv) 2010-11.
