Whitehall Departments are no longer required to report on 10 days and instead are required to report on invoices paid within five days of being received. DECC has set itself a challenging target of paying 80% of invoices within five days irrespective of the size of the supplier. The results for January and February of 2011 were 88.7% and 93.9% respectively.
