To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by Lord Henley on 7 February (WA 20-1), whether the temporary suspension of the programme of forestry sales announced in spending review 2010 includes land in the 2010-11 sales programme agreed by the previous administration.

The review of the criteria for the Forestry Commission's 2011-12 asset sales programme has no impact on the land that the Forestry Commission has already placed on the market. The Forestry Commission is in the process of concluding the 2010-11 sales.
