To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the compatibility of air passenger duty tax with World Trade Organisation rules.
Air passenger duty (APD) was introduced in 1994 and has been revised several times since. The Government's assessment is that APD is compatible with World Trade Organisation rules.
